lower back pain. and a shot in the arm

jim bob woke up today and had horrible pain in his lower back. my god it was murder just to walk around. finally after hours and hours and hours of meetings jim bob went to the MIT Medical Center in Cambridge, MA to see a doctor. there was this nice guy there, he said jim bobby aint got terrible serious problems, just need to rest her up. so, this doctor shot jim bobby in the left shoulder with a syringe full 'o some concentrated liquid advil. but darned if old jim bob's shoulder don't hurt more than his back now.
